As of the beginning of 2022 NMCT works on the exclusive design and implementation of a goal-oriented tailor-made process, consisting of individual coaching and support to the whole team of the European Haemophilia Consortium, culture tendencies monitoring and identification of the current organizational climate, in support of the culture mapping of the organization and establishment of a new leadership strategy in the post-covid time.

The ultimate goal of MNCT’s contribution is new culture identification in support of the reestablishment of the team and individuals’ vitality and sense of meaning, in the light of the current hybrid working environment.
