In cooperation with the business leadership of the organization and in a creative teamwork with members of the Bond of Co-creators, NMCT was chosen and assigned to conceptualize, co-design, execute and deliver a tailor made talent development program, for team leaders of CCT. Within our work as external Talent partners, we aligned HR related operations and individual coaching processes, to the employee career framework.

The program was designed as one-year circle to boost leader effectiveness and transition from managment to leadership roles within the team, burnout prevention and re-confirmation of meaning and purpose at work. The overall evaluation of the program was extremely positive, with all participants reporting an increased sense of belonging, and a renewed drive to learn and develop.
