New Mindset Coaching & Training (NMCT) has officially started its work in IDEAL – Innovation through Design Thinking for Education and Learning – a two-year Erasmus+ project that aims to reshape adult education across Europe by integrating leadership, design thinking, and responsible use of AI and digital tools, into how adults learn and educators teach.
IDEAL is coordinated by Creative Projects and Events (Romania) and brings together four partner organisations: Creative Projects and Events (Romania), Social Innovators Bulgaria (Bulgaria), Evolving Education Social Action (Spain), and New Mindset Coaching & Training (Belgium). Together with our partners we will co-create a modular curriculum on leadership skills, design thinking, and digital integration, develop multimedia learning resources, and test and refine these in real adult learning contexts across the four countries.
Within this partnership, NMCT plays a strategic role in several key areas: contributes to the design and adaptation of the IDEAL curriculum, ensuring it is human-centred, experiential, and relevant for adult educators in Belgium and beyond; we will lead the project’s policy work – reviewing policy documents at local, national, and European levels, organising consultation sessions with educators, policymakers, NGOs, and employers, and translating IDEAL’s methodologies into concrete policy recommendations that can be embedded into existing frameworks.
As the project moves forward, NMCT will also coordinate national-level activities in Belgium, including consultations, testing of IDEAL-informed training formats, and a final multiplier event to share results, methods, and policy insights with the wider adult education community.
