New Mindset Coaching & Training is proud to announce its participation in the project “Artificial Intelligence in Apprenticeship Mentoring (AI in Mentoring)”. This innovative initiative aims to revolutionize the field of mentorship by harnessing the power of AI.
The kick-off meeting for the project took place on November 27, 2024, at the Tribeka Training Lab in Málaga, Spain. Representatives from the project’s partner organizations—Tribeka Training Lab (Spain), Bulgarian Industrial Association (Bulgaria), Modern Education Foundation (Bulgaria), New Mindset Coaching and Training (Belgium), and CuratedAI BV (Belgium), gathered to establish the foundation for this collaborative initiative. As a key partner in the project, NMCT, in collaboration with Curated AI, is taking the lead in developing four comprehensive modules designed to equip mentors with the necessary skills to effectively integrate AI into their practice. These modules will cover a range of topics, including AI fundamentals, ethical considerations, practical applications, and innovative strategies for leveraging AI to enhance the mentoring experience.
To further enrich the project, NMCT will be inviting four distinguished professionals from Belgian companies committed to work-based learning, to participate in a specialized training program in 2025-2026. These industry experts, who are responsible for overseeing work-based learning programs, will gain valuable insights into the latest AI advancements and their potential impact on mentorship. Upon completing the training, these professionals will then share their knowledge and expertise with in-house mentors within their respective organizations.
NMCT extends an invitation to companies in Belgium to seize this opportunity to elevate their mentorship programs. HR professionals, L&D experts, and work-based learning leaders are encouraged to reach out to NMCT to explore how they can benefit from this groundbreaking initiative. Reach out to us to share more. In the piloting the companies will be able to train their mentoring programs leaders at no cost due to the co-finncing of the project by the Erasmus+ Programme.
By embracing AI-powered mentorship, organizations can empower their workforce, foster innovation, and drive sustainable growth.
